EFE Automotive offers auto accessories, electronic gadgets, and related products for vehicles. We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. 4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order through our Site constitutes an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. Order acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation email. All orders are subject to verification. We may request additional information before shipping. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping destination where required by law. Shipping charges are displayed during checkout and are additional unless a free shipping promotion applies.
Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the 50 United States. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs (for applicable territories), or events beyond our reasonable control.
Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping on qualifying orders as stated on the Site. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Please review our shipping information on the About page for current policies.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to our Returns Policy. To initiate a return, contact support@efeautomotive.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error.
8. Product Warranties
Products sold through EFE Automotive include the manufacturer's limited warranty as described on each product page. We do not provide warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer. Warranty claims should be directed to us at support@efeautomotive.com, and we will assist with the manufacturer's warranty process.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR ON A PRODUCT PAGE, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Proper Use and Installation
Many products require proper installation for safe and effective use. You are responsible for following all manufacturer instructions, safety guidelines, and applicable laws when installing and using products. Electronic devices such as dash cams and GPS trackers must be used in compliance with state and federal regulations regarding recording, privacy, and vehicle modifications.
EFE Automotive is not liable for damage, injury, or legal consequences resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to comply with applicable laws. If you are unsure about installation, consult a qualified professional.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of EFE Automotive or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The EFE Automotive name, logo, and branding may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours without express written permission.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or customer accounts; interfere with the Site's operation; scrape or harvest data without permission; submit false or misleading information; resell products in violation of manufacturer restrictions; or engage in any activity that could harm EFE Automotive, other users, or third parties.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EFE AUTOMOTIVE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR VEHICLE DAMAGE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against EFE Automotive. If arbitration is found unenforceable, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
15. Email Communications
By placing an order or subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your orders and, if subscribed, marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via our unsubscribe page or the link in any marketing email.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between you and EFE Automotive regarding the Site and supersede all prior agreements.
